1. Warranty Coverage

Mammoth Machinery Inc. (“Mammoth”) warrants that all Mammoth machines are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, this warranty applies as follows:

  • Five (5) years or 3,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first
  • The warranty period begins upon delivery to the original purchaser

2. Scope of Coverage

2.1 Full Machine Coverage

Mammoth Machinery will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair or replace defective components
  • Provide replacement parts
  • Provide labor required for approved repairs

This warranty applies to all major machine components unless otherwise excluded.

3. Engine Warranty

All engines are not warranted by Mammoth Machinery.

  • Engines are covered solely by the original engine manufacturer (e.g., Kubota or Yanmar), if applicable
  • Engine warranty is subject entirely to the manufacturer’s terms, inspections, and approval processes

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Initiating claims
  • Coordinating repairs
  • Working with the engine manufacturer

Mammoth Machinery shall have no responsibility to coordinate, administer, or participate in engine warranty claims and shall not be liable for any denial or outcome of such claims.

4. Warranty Conditions

4.1 Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage:

  • All maintenance must be performed in accordance with Mammoth service schedules
  • Maintenance must be performed by:
    • Mammoth Machinery;
    • An authorized Mammoth service provider; or
    • A qualified and certified heavy equipment mechanic

Where third-party mechanics are used:

  • Certification must be verifiable (e.g., Red Seal or equivalent)
  • All work must follow Mammoth specifications
  • Complete service records must be maintained and provided upon request

Mammoth reserves the right to deny or limit warranty coverage where improper maintenance or workmanship contributed to failure.

4.2 Proper Use

Warranty applies only under:

  • Normal use and operating conditions
  • Proper application of the machine
  • No misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

5. Warranty Service

  • All warranty repairs must be performed at a Mammoth-authorized service centre
  • The customer is responsible for all transportation costs

Mammoth does not cover:

  • Travel
  • Mileage
  • On-site service

All warranty claims must be approved by Mammoth prior to repair.

6. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Wear Items

  • Oils, filters, lubricants
  • Tracks, wheels, rollers
  • Seals, O-rings, hoses
  • Belts, batteries
  • Tune-up components

Other Exclusions

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Use of non-approved parts or attachments
  • Failure to follow maintenance schedules
  • Cosmetic damage

7. Claim Process

  • The owner must provide prompt written notice of any defect
  • The owner must stop using the machine to prevent further damage
  • Mammoth may require defective parts to be returned for inspection

8. Warranty Registration

The original purchaser is required to register the product with Mammoth Machinery within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Registration may be completed through Mammoth Machinery or an authorized representative.

If the product is not registered:

  • The warranty start date will default to the date of manufacture or shipment, as determined by Mammoth
